How do I update my information?
1. Log in to New Life Connect
2. Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Click "Edit Profile"
4. Click the "Save" button at the bottom when finished.
Make sure you upload a picture of yourself!
How do I sign-up for New Life Connect?
Click Here and follow the prompts.
If an email match is found in our system, we will send you a login activation email with your new username and a link to set your password. After activating your profile, you can log in to change your username and/or password.
If no email match is found, a message will be sent to the administrator, who can send you an email with your username and activation link.
Is my information secure?
Yes! New Life Connect is only accessible to those who have registered for an account. All account registrations are individually approved only for New Life Ministry Partners & regular attenders.
I'm getting notified from New Life Connect but have not signed up
Signing up for a log-in allows you to connect with people yourself (Find a serving need, RSVP for an event, find relevant groups, etc). However, Leaders can contact you through New Life Connect with information relevant to you, even if you don't have a log-in yet.
You will not need to log-in to respond to messages, sign up for a serving need sent to you, register for an event you are invited to, or perform other basic actions.
For instance, If you are in a small group you may receive a message from your small group leader from within New Life Connect giving you details about the next meeting or inviting you to an event they have added to your group calendar. Depending on the group settings you can reply to the message from your email and the leader, or the whole group, will receive it. If you logged-in you can see past messages, other participants or send a message of your own, all through New Life Connect.
Can I control who can see my information?
Yes! You can change what others see on your profile by clicking the "Privacy Settings" link under Profile.
I see "Church Community Builder" on my emails. What is that?
"Church Community Builder" IS "New Life Connect." You may see Church Community Builder, or "CCB" for short, when you get an email or some other communication from someone looking to connect with you. Please make sure Church Community Builder has been whitelisted in your email client to ensure that messages do not end up in the junk folder.
